Advanced Yoga Teachers Training 300 Hrs
The course is emphasis is on exploring and experience. A typical class day focuses on both asana and therapeutic applications, including anatomy of movement, as well as exploration of the transformational practices of yoga, including pranayama, meditation, philosophy, yogic anatomy and lifestyle.

Course prerequisites
For students of all levels and for teachers who have RYT 200, ERYT 200; continuing education to upgrade your Yoga Alliance standards.

Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for 300 advanced yoga training hours.
